Rachel and Michael’s Rudding Park Wedding Photography Highlights
7th September 2016
Our second event of last weekend saw us return from the Lake District to a distinctly drier Harrogate for Rachel & Michael’s Rudding Park wedding. As is often the case at Rudding, this wedding featured two beautiful ceremonies (a civil and a blessing), two stunning dresses and double the tears! Richard joined Rachel and the girls for their preparations (gifts, champage, laughs, tears and even some dancing….) while Caroline took the guys out for some photos before it was time for ceremony number one. It was brief but really lovely with not a dry eye in the house. There was then a quick turnaround, on with the main event wedding dress and off to the gorgeous chapel and all the guests for the blessing.
Rachel & Michael had a beautiful late Summer’s day for their wedding and we were able to make good use of Rudding’s gardens for couple photos. We’d already photographed Rachel and Michael on their engagement shoot at Fountains Abbey earlier this year and they dropped straight back into the groove! After family photos & mingling it was into the beautifully decorated wedding breakfast room for some great speeches and food & drink.
The evening party was full on and featured the excellent The Salvation to get the dance floor booming. Rachel & Michael had the most amazing day and it was plain to see how happy they were both were. We were very glad to have been there to see it! We hope you enjoy some of the highlights below. Congratulations to a really lovely couple!
